This article describes how to change devices modes on Elo Android devices in EloView 3
Selecting device modes for your devices in EloView is a simple process. However, we recommend reading more about EloView's Device Modularity HERE and review which Elo devices are compatible HERE before making any changes to your current setup.
When ready, follow the steps below:
1. Login to the EloView website - https://manage.eloview.com
2. In the “Devices” section, click the appropriate device to configure. Alternatively, click the Settings icon next to the appropriate Group, or Filter. You can also make these changes to all devices in your account from the Settings Page under “Accounts-Account Settings”.
3. In the “Settings” area, you can view all available device settings:
- Brightness
- Volume
- Control Panel Password
- Access Restriction Password
- Display Timer
- Language
- Power Button
- Device Mode
- Interactive Overlay
- Android Home
- NTP URL
- Auto Play
- Android Navigation Bar
- Home Button
- Physical Analytics
- Content Pinning
- Reboot
- Enterprise Reset
- Network
- Network Configuration
- EST
- Delayed Content Deployment
- WiFi
- Virtual Keyboard
- Touch Sound
- DFS
4. In the “Settings” area, click the Edit button.
5. In the bottom left corner, choose the mode you intend to switch the device to.
6. Click the Apply button when done
After clicking Apply, the device will restart into the selected mode. These changes will automatically be reflected in your Subscription and viewable under “Account Details”.
