Does the first gen 2D Barcode Scanner (E926356 Edge Connect™) have an SDK?

This article discusses if the 1st gen 2D Barcode Scanner (E926356 Edge Connect™) has an SDK

The 2D Barcode Scanner (Edge Connect™) uses a Honeywell N3680 scan engine. For Windows, this Honeywell scanning engine does not have an SDK.  Please review this Honeywell article for more details.  For Android and iOS, you can download the SDK from the Honeywell Software Downloads website .
