Where can I find information about December 2023 Release for Android 12 Devices?

On December 27th, 2023, Elo will release a new update for its Android 12 devices as part of the OS 360 program. This update pertains to some recent security vulnerabilities included in the Android Security Bulletin. The OS update for Elo Value devices will incorporate the security patches released in the October 2023 Android Security Bulletin, whereas the Elo Standard and Mobile devices will include the security patches from the November 2023 Android Security Bulletin.

The most severe vulnerabilities fixed as part of this update address: 
•    Local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed.
•    Exploitation without user interaction.
•    Remote (proximal/adjacent) code execution with no additional execution privileges needed.
•    Local information disclosure with no additional execution privileges needed.

Method of Distribution
This update will be available for download on the EloView cloud portal as a dropdown OTA on December 27th, 2023, and become the default OTA download on EloView and OEMConfig as of January 3rd, 2024.
