This article explains that the Elo Optimize TDP Tool is used for better performance on AIO Systems

For Elo AIO systems sold with NO Operating System, it is recommend to install the Elo optimize thermal design power (TDP) tool for better performance. After installing, the tool automatically adjusts the CPU max power/watts based on the system's internal temperature. There is no user interaction required after installation. 

1. Download and unzip the TDP Tool: 10.cTdp.zip (also attached to this article).

2. After unzipping the TDP Tool, right click on AIO_cTdp_1.4_installer.exe and choose "Run as administrator"



3. You may be presented with the Microsoft Defender SmartScreen warning, if so, choose "More info"



4. Choose "Run Anyway" to allow the program to run.



5. Choose the location you wish to install the package in. The default location is the root of C:\

• After choosing the location, choose "Next"

6. Choose "Next" to continue installation



7. Choose "Install" to allow program to install



8. Choose "Finish" to allow the computer to restart to complete the installation.



9. After the reboot, the tool will automatically adjust the CPU max power/watts based on the system's internal temperature. No user interaction is required. Below shows an example of tool running:
