This article explains where to find instructions for running Elo Touch Analyzing Tool v1.0.0.2

This article describes how to use the Elo Touch Analyzing Tool, v1.0.0.2  This software tool can be installed on Windows 7/10/11 with or without an Elo Touch driver installed. This tool can help collect touch events, save them to log files, and replay touch events.

Steps

1.    Download EloTouchAnalyzingTool_v1.0.0.2

2.    Install Elo Touch Analyzing Tool by running install_silent.bat or EloTouchMon.msi



3.    Choose Next

 

4.    Read and accept the license agreement, then choose Next


 
5.    Leave at default location C:\Program Files (x86)\EloTouchMon\ choose Next


 
6.    Choose Install

 

7.    Program will install, when completed choose Finish

 
8.    Leave software running for some time until touch issues happen. 

• Program will auto start during system boots up; you can leave it running for several days.

9.    Go to Windows Start Menu and click "Elo Touch Analyzer" to replay events on the same system.

 
10.    Copy log files from the following location C:\ProgramData\EloTouchMon\Log\
 

11.    Send copy of log files to Elo to be analyzed.
    
12.    All log files will be removed from system when tool is uninstalled.
