On November 26, 2025, Elo will release a new OS update for the Android 12 devices. This update includes feature enhancements and bug fixes that will improve the performance and usability of these devices.

Some of the new features and enhancements as part of these releases: 
•    Added support to configure Wi-Fi Quick Access via Prestage, allowing users to access Wi-Fi settings from Quick Settings even when the device is offline.
•    Resolved an issue where external Edge Connect webcams connected to the side USB port of I-Series 4.0 devices displayed incorrect orientation.
•    The device's full report now includes connected peripheral configurations and PoE usage, showing active ports, power draw, and power source, aiding IT diagnostics.
•    Added support for devices to show their power source (PoE or standard adapter) in EloView.

Method of Distribution
This update will be available for download on the EloView cloud portal as a dropdown OTA on November 26, 2025, and will become the default OTA download on EloView and OEMConfig as of December 3, 2025.
