EloView® 4 Cloud Release – Version 4.9.xx

Release Information

An update to EloView 4 (Cloud Version 4.9.xx) is scheduled for release on February 5, 2026. This release includes multiple bug fixes and technical enhancements to improve overall platform stability and performance.

Method of Distribution

The update will be deployed during the following maintenance window:

• February 5, 2026: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM Pacific Time
• February 6, 2026: 2:00 AM – 5:00 AM Central European Time

During this window, EloView cloud services will be temporarily unavailable.

There will be no impact to:

• Scheduled content playback
• Devices already deployed in the field
• Local device operation

Service will automatically resume once the update process is complete.
