Why am I seeing a "We’ll Be Back Soon" message in EloView 4?
This article explains why a "We’ll Be Back Soon" message may appear when logging into your EloView 4 account.
At times, Elo performs scheduled maintenance or system upgrades on the EloView cloud platform to improve performance, reliability, and security. When this occurs, all EloView account holders receive advance email notification with details about the work being performed and the expected maintenance window.
During this period, you may see the "We’ll Be Back Soon" message after logging in. This message is temporary and will automatically disappear once maintenance is complete.
What this means
Your EloView account remains active
Your deployed devices continue to operate normally
No data is lost
Temporary limitation during maintenance
While the message is displayed, you will not be able to make changes to your account or manage devices through EloView. Full functionality will be restored as soon as maintenance is finished.
