EloView 3 Platform Shutdown & EloView 4 Migration Guide
⚠️ Imminent Platform Sunset
Effective September 15, 2026, the EloView 3 cloud platform will be completely shut down. Portal access will be deactivated, and non-migrated devices will lose remote configuration, application deployment, and diagnostic management capabilities.
Why Upgrade to EloView 4?
As a technical standard of excellence and to ensure robust device security across your network deployment, this system transition protects your operational fleet from critical issues:
- Network and Security Hardening: EloView 3 relies on legacy dependencies that are no longer supported. This transition places your devices onto a modern, actively defended cloud architecture.
- Maintain Remote Management: While unsupported devices will keep running their current application caches, you will lose the ability to deploy new content, reboot remotely, push updates, or monitor statuses.
Required Action Plan
Please complete the following actions before the September 15, 2026 deadline:
Step 1

Confirm that your local network and physical deployment parameters meet the requirements for EloView 4:
- Confirm hardware model matches via the Device Compatibility Check.
- Verify local firewall and routing updates on the Network Configuration Page.
- Validate local application dependencies using the Content Support Doc.
Step 2
