This article provides the minimum OTA's required for EloView 3 devices to migrate to EloView 4

All devices in your EloView 3 account must meet specific minimum EloView OS requirements (OTAs) before they can be migrated to EloView 4. Please review the list of minimum OTA's required for each device type below and take the necessary steps to ensure all your devices are properly updated:

• 1.0 AOSP - Not Supported in EloView 4 (contact your sales representative)
• 2.0 AOSP Android 7 - 3.66.43
• 3.0 AOSP Android 8 - 4.66.31+a 
• 3.0 GMS Android 8 - 4.66.27/33
• 4.0 Value 
  • Android 10 - 5.000.032.0036+v
  • Android 12 - 6.000.012.0001+v
• 4.0 Standard
  • Android 10 - 5.000.032.0071+p
  • Android 12 - 6.000.012.0003+p

Once you have completed updating all devices to the minimum required versions, please check the "Device OS Updates" checkbox on the Dashboard Migration page in EloView 3.
