Troubleshooting
Issue: Website does not display on the device
If the WebApp is not loading on the device, follow the steps below.
Solution 1: Set User Agent to Device Default
- Navigate to the Content section in EloView.
- Select the WebApp you created.
- Click Edit.
-
Select Device Default from the dropdown.
-
Click Apply to save changes.
⚠️ Some websites block non-standard or unidentified user agents. Setting this to Device Default ensures better compatibility.
Solution 2: Whitelist the WebApp URL
- Go to the Devices section and select your target device.
- Open the Whitelist tab.
- Select Application as the Type and click Edit.
- Enable the Whitelist toggle.
- Enter the WebApp Package Name.
- Click Apply.
- Select Web as the Type and click Edit.
- Enter the website URL in the URL Path field.
- (Optional) If this is the only site allowed, enter the same URL in the Blocked URL Page field.
- Click Apply.
⚠️ If the URL is not whitelisted, the device may block the site from loading even if the WebApp is configured correctly.
