E281-4035 控制器仅使用四个连续的 I/O 端口，但它占用 32 (0x20) 个连续的 I/O 端口。基础 I/O 地址由跳线 W3 和 W2 选择。在上面的例子中，基础 I/O 地址是 280H（出厂默认）。
(W3 值 x 100) + (W2 值 x 10)
(2 x 100) + (8 x 10) = 280H
