How to Push Content to EloView 4

Adding content to a device in EloView allows you to remotely manage and control the digital experience displayed on Elo — Now part of Zebra Technologies devices. This is essential for businesses using Elo devices for digital signage, interactive kiosks, or point-of-sale (POS) systems, as it ensures that the latest marketing materials, product information, promotions, or interactive content are consistently and efficiently updated across all devices. By centrally managing content through EloView, you maintain brand consistency, streamline content deployment, and improve customer engagement without needing manual updates at each device location.

Content Deployment Steps

1. Log In: Access your EloView account by navigating to https://secure.eloview.com.
2. Navigate to Devices: Go to the Devices tab. Click on the specific device you want to add content to and drag it into the Deployment bar.
3. Navigate to Content: Go to the Content tab. Click on the content you want to add and drag it into the Deployment bar.
4. Configure Deployment:
   • To deploy content immediately, click Deploy Now.
   • To schedule deployment for a later date or time, click Schedule, set your desired date/time, and click Add to Deployment Package. Then, click Deploy Scheduled.
5. Confirm Deployment: When prompted with "Are you sure you want to proceed with the deployment?", choose Yes to continue or No to cancel the action.
6. Deployment Message: A system message stating "Deploying Content" will briefly appear on your screen.
7. Monitor Content Download: Return to the Devices tab and locate your device. A yellow progress indicator in the Content column shows that the content is currently downloading. The indicator will turn green once the download is fully complete.
8. Verify Device Content: After the download finishes, click on the device and navigate to the Contents on Device tab to confirm the successful deployment of your content.
