This article provides information on the 140 AccuTouch serial controller settings

This controller uses a simple 4-byte data packet, two bytes for X-data and two bytes for Y-data. The upper four bits were always zeros

The 140 data packet can be emulated by most modern Elo controllers (binary only).
Only the old DOS drivers support this controller.
