This article explains how to update the software on devices using EloView 3

The below process will step you through how to update the software on your EloView device(s):

In the web account navigate to the device page.

Select the device that you want to perform software update. After clicking the device you are taken to device details page.

Next, select software tab. In this tab you will have a button that shows if any software update is available. Once you click the software update button the device gets updated with the latest software. The software update usually takes 15 mins (depending on network bandwidth) so please plan accordingly.


Updating Software From Device Control Panel
First, access the device Control Panel by pressing HOME+POWER buttons on the back of the unit and entering your Control Panel Password. Once you are in the Control Panel, tap on the Settings tab. Lastly, tap the Update Device button to check for applicable software updates. If updates are available, you will be presented with the option to download and apply.
