Please see the information below regarding how to perform a controller reset with EloCalMgr

*Only for SAW/Resistive touchmonitors

-Make sure that the latest EloTouch driver is installed
-In the driver directory (default: C:\Program Files\Elo Touch Solutions) open the “EloCalMgr”
-Choose Your Controller PID (step 1) there should only be a single option if you have only plugged a single monitor to the computer.
-Click on the “Read” buttons (step 2 - note there are 4). All fields should be populated
-Click on Reset (step 3) 
 



-This will reset all calibration information on the device.

-Calibrate again and power cycle the monitor
