What version of HDMI do Elo Backpack devices utilize?

This article explains which version of HDMI the Elo Backpack devices utilizes

Elo Backpack 2.0 and 3.0 devices utilize HDMI version 1.2. 

Elo Backpack 4 devices utilize HDMI version 2.0.

HDMI cables are backwards compatible, so cables rated higher than the version the device utilizes will function properly. Because of this Elo recommends HDMI cables rated 2.0 or higher with a maximum length of 25 feet.
