This article outlines that the Elo Backpack can be mounted directly to the back of any 03-Series and 53-Series IDS monitors

You can do so by removing the ECM cover from the monitor and securing the BackPack to the available 100 x 100 threaded VESA mounting holes. This allows the monitor to mount flush on a wall using an Elo wall mount kit. See below for details.
