This article explains how to return to EloView Mode from Android Home Mode in EloView 4

1. From the Android Home screen, swipe up for quick access to all installed Apps and Settings.



2. Click the Settings button



3. Click the “Backup & Reset” option



4. Click the “Factory Data Reset (EloView)” option.  Note: choosing “Factory Data Reset” will perform a full data wipe but retain Android Home mode.



5. Click the Reset Tablet button



6. Click the Erase Everything button



7. The system will automatically reboot.

8. Once unit has completed installing any updates, you can access the EloView Control Panel button by pressing the <>Home and <>Power buttons at the same time.  Default password is “1elo” unless you changed it in EloView



9. In the “Network” area, connect to the network

10. Close the Control Panel by clicking on the "x"  in the upper-right hand corner

11. They system will automatically search for updates and install them.



12. After all updates are completed, you can then go into your EloView account and push content to the device.
