This article explains why a "No Content Installed" message is on an Elo device, and a solution
The "No Content Installed" message on an Elo Android device is indicative of the device being configured for EloView mode but no content deployed to the device, or a problem with deployment of content. If the device is intended to be used in EloView mode it will need to be added to an account so that content can be deployed via the cloud. If the device is intended to be used in Android Home mode, it will need to be set for Android Home.
