This article describes how to enable the ability to downgrade an app in EloView 3 (EV3).

EloView supports the ability to downgrade content (APK) when the feature is enabled. By default, Content Downgrade is disabled - preventing users from installing an APK with a lower version than currently installed on the device.

Please ensure your device is updated to the latest EloView software for best results.

To allow Content Downgrade to occur, select Enable using the slider on Allow Content Downgrade as shown below:



This feature can be configured via Device Settings, Group Settings, Filter Profile Settings, or Account Settings menus.
