How can I use an External Webcam with Elo Android Devices?

This article explains how to get Elo Android Device(s) to work with an external webcam / camera

Elo's Android Backpack and I-series devices do not natively support an external webcam / camera. In order for the camera to work, a third party UVC API is required.
