This article explains how to increase the size of Device Logs for an EloView 3 controlled device

*Supported on 2.0 devices running EloView version 3.48.xx or higher (3.0 support coming soon)*

See steps below for how to increase the device logs in EloView

1. Login to the EloView website – https://manage.eloview.com



2. In the “Devices” section, select the appropriate device from the Device List



3. On the “Software” page, click the edit button to open the drop down menu under Log Storage



4. From here you can increase the log size from 144MB up to 2GB. Once you select has been made, click apply
