This article describes the Core (Locked) mode in EloView 3 

EloView subscriptions come in 3 types, Core, Connect, and Control. If you are seeing a lock symbol beside the word "Core" then your account is the free Core account which allows you 7-days to stage and provision your devices and then it locks. 



After Core is locked, there are no options to make changes to the devices unless you upgrade your EloView subscription to paid accounts, Connect or Control.

In short - to unlock the account you would need to upgrade to a paid subscription.
