This article explains how to setup an EloView 3 Sub Account
Using EloView Sub Accounts, setup an unlimited number of “child” EloView accounts. Each sub account has the capacity to manage its own users, devices, content, etc. As a partner, sub accounts give you quick access to all customer sub accounts through your main EloView account.
Create EloView Sub Account:
1. Login to the EloView website using the Account Admin – https://manage.eloview.com
2. In the “Accounts” section, click the Manage Accounts link
3. Click the Add Account + button
4. Enter all relevant information, including account name, contact name, email address, and max number of devices. Click Save when done.
5. From the Accounts List, click the Edit button for the new Sub Account
6. Use the Enabled slider to enable the Sub Account. Click the Apply button when done.
Access (Jump to) Sub-Account:
7. To “jump into” the Sub Account, click the Open Door icon.
8. To create a new Account Admin for the Sub-Account, in the “Accounts” section, click Manage Users
- We recommend that you use a generic email account (such as eloaccessadmin-customername@mycompany.com) that can potentially be accessed by different people within your organization.
- If you do not receive the email, check your company’s spam filter to release the email.
Locate EloView OrgID:
12. From within the Sub Account, to locate your unique EloView OrgID (Organization ID), in the “Accounts” section, click Account Settings
The OrgID is in the lower right-hand corner of the page. Copy this number for future use.
