Where can I find out the warranty changes for Elo's Large format IDS and Open Frame products?

To offer significant cost savings, simplify procurement and ensure we are providing the services our customers need, we are streamlining our service and support offerings for Elo’s large format products. With this update, the large format IDS product lines will include AUR with the standard three year warranty and offer several extended warranty options to choose from. The new part numbers will be available as of the December 2020 price list. If you have any questions, please contact your Elo sales representative or Elo Customer Service.
