This article explains how to tighten the stand on an X-Series AIO device

To tighten the stand on the X-Series AIO Touchcomputer, lay the X-Series face down on a protective surface to access the bottom of the stand. You will find two D-Ring screws either in the H (high) or L (low) position holes. Turn these screws clockwise to tighten.
