This articles describes the process for unsubscribing from EloView 3
We understand that plans change and have provided a simple process to unsubscribe from EloView when needed via the "Subscription Management" feature in the EloView Portal.
Unsubscribing from EloView
1. Login to the EloView website - https://manage.eloview.com
2. Click on Accounts-Account Settings in the upper right corner and choose Payment.
3. On the bottom left-hand side of the “Subscription Status” page, click Unsubscribe and then Confirm to finalize the unsubscribe process.
4. Confirm the changes have been made by verifying the subscription status has changed to Cancelled on the left-hand side of the “Subscription Status” page.
Devices will continue to operate in their previous assigned modes until the end of the current billing cycle. At that point, all devices will be switched to Core Mode and will no longer have connectivity to the EloView portal.
