This article explains how to change / update an EloView 3 subscription
You can easily update your EloView Subscription via the "Subscription Management" feature in the EloView Portal.
Updating Your EloView Subscription
1. Login to the EloView website - https://manage.eloview.com
2. Click on Accounts-Account Settings in the upper right corner and choose Payment.
3. On the bottom left-hand side of the “Subscription Status” page, click Update Plan.
4. Update the number of licenses for each of the modes you desire in the quantity fields near the bottom of each mode description and then click Update Subscription.
The number of licenses entered cannot be less than the number of devices currently assigned to that mode.
