This article explains how to reset MFA Credentials for EloView 3 users
Resetting an EloView user's MFA Credentials can be done from within the EloView Portal. Resetting MFA Credentials does require the user/admin to have MFA Reset permissions enabled (read more about this HERE ).
Follow the steps below to reset MFA Credentials for a user in EloView:
1. Login as an Admin to the EloView website https://manage.eloview.com
Alternatively, login as any other user with proper MFA permissions.
2. In the upper right-hand corner of any screen, click Accounts-Manage Users.
3. Under “Users List” find the appropriate user(s) that you wish to reset the MFA Credentials and click the box out from their name under the “Reset MFA Credentials” column.
4. Next choose Apply near the bottom of the page to finalize settings.
These users will now be stepped through the MFA setup process during their next EloView login.
