How to Grant Permissions to Toggle Organization-Level MFA in EloView 3

In EloView® 3, Account Administrators have granular control over which users are authorized to modify organization-wide Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enforcement policies. Restricting the Toggle Org Level MFA permission ensures that only designated security officers or lead administrators can enable or disable mandatory MFA across the entire account.

Step-by-Step Configuration Procedure

1. Sign in to the Portal: Log in as an Admin to the EloView Portal:

   

2. Navigate to User Management: In the upper right-hand corner of any portal page, click Accounts and select Manage Users:

   

3. Select User to Edit: In the Manage Users table on the right-hand side, locate the target user and click the Pencil Icon to modify their privileges:

   

4. Configure Organization MFA Permission: Under the Allow Permissions list, locate the Toggle Org Level MFA setting:

   • To Enable: Toggle the switch to the right (Enabled).
   • To Disable: Toggle the switch to the left (Disabled).

   

5. Save Changes: Scroll toward the bottom of the Permissions list and click Done to apply the updated configuration:
