This article describes how to enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in EloView 3 on an Account level
EloView 3 offers the ability to require all users to use multi-factor authentication (MFA) when logging in to EloView. This ensures a higher level of security regarding EloView account access for all users, including account administrators. An account admin may choose to provide this ability to other users as needed. Users assigned the Admin role during user creation will have this MFA permission by default. Included with this feature is the ability to easily reset MFA credentials for users as needed. Due to the sensitivity of these features, responsible use is advised. Additional information regarding the use of MFA in EloView can be found HERE
Enabling/Disabling Account (Organization) Level MFA Settings for All Users:
1. Login as an Admin to the EloView website https://manage.eloview.com
2. In the upper right-hand corner of any screen, click Accounts-Manage Users.
3. On the left-hand side of the “Manage Users” page, toggle the Organization MFA Settings switch to Enabled.
Alternatively, to disable MFA requirements for all users, simply toggle the Organization MFA Settings switch to Disabled.
4. All users, including Admins, will now be presented with the “MFA Credentials” popup during their first attempt to login after the MFA requirement has been enabled.
