This article explains how to set permissions to MFA Reset to help manage MFA settings in our EloView 3 account
EloView offers admins the ability to determine who has the proper permissions to reset user MFA credentials when needed. This ensures that specified users can reset any user's EloView MFA credentials upon request.
Follow the steps below to enable/disable MFA Reset Permissions for any user:
1. Login as an Admin to the EloView website https://manage.eloview.com
2. In the upper right-hand corner of any screen, click Accounts-Manage Users.
3. On the right-hand side of the “Manage Users” page, locate the appropriate user and click the Pencil Icon to edit.
4. Next, under “Allow Permissions” locate the Reset MFA permission and toggle to the right to enable.
Alternatively, to disable this permission, simply toggle the switch to the left.
5. Scroll towards the bottom of the Permissions List and click Done to apply changes.
