This article disucsses Dynamic Frequency Selection (DFS) in EloView and how to enable it
EloView offers the ability to enable Dynamic Frequency Selection (DFS) at the Device, Group, Filter or Account Settings level. DFS is a Wi-Fi setting that allows devices to operate at wireless frequencies (5ghz) previously reserved for radar. These less-used frequencies allow for an increase in available channels and can improve the wireless experience. If a wireless access point detects that a radar system is using a specific channel, then it will exclude that channel from the list of available channels. This unavailable channel state will last for 30 minutes, after which the access point will check again to see if the channel is available. DFS is currently only available for Elo devices with Android OS 7.1 AOSP running EloView version 3.48.XX or higher. Also, this feature is disabled by default but can easily be enabled as needed.

Alternatively, you can make these changes at “Group” and “Filter” levels by clicking the Settings Cog for either. If doing so, click the appropriate Settings Cog and skip to step 4.
3. On the “Device Page”, click Settings and then Edit.
4. Next, locate the DFS Switch near the bottom right-hand side of the screen and toggle it to Enabled.
5. Lastly, click Apply to finalize settings changes.
The devices(s) will now be DFS enabled.
