This article explains how to import multiple devices into EloView 4 using the Import Device List feature

Please follow the steps below to add multiple devices using the Import Device List in EloView:

1.  First, from the Devices tab in EloView, click the Add Device button.

2.  Next, choose Download Template. A .csv file will be downloaded to your local device.

3.  Open AddDeviceTemplate.csv once it finalizes the download. Fill in as many fields as possible with DeviceMode, DeviceName and SerialNumber being required.

4.  When you complete the .csv file, return to the EloView portal. 

5.  Click Import Device List and choose your updated .csv file by clicking Open. 

6.  EloView will read your file and display the results prior to importing. Click Save once you are satisfied with the findings and the device list will be imported into your account.
