This article explains how to setup/configure and use Remote Control/TeamViewer Unattended in EloView 4
EloView has partnered with TeamViewer* to allow remote access to managed devices (both attended and unattended) This allows you to access the device control panel, view a list of currently running apps and processes, and much more. Please reach out to your assigned Solutions Architect or Account Representative to enable the “Remote Control” setting to push down the required TeamViewer applications (APKs) in the background. Below are additional instructions needed to enable the “Remote Control” setting to automatically push down the required TeamViewer applications to your device in order to remotely access a device.
*TeamViewer license is not included with EloView. To integrate TeamViewer with EloView a TeamViewer license is required. Please reach out to TeamViewer if you do not already have one: https://www.teamviewer.com/en-us/
Important Note: TeamViewer is supported ONLY for Elo Android devices running Android 7.1.2 AOSP, Android 8.1.0 AOSP, Android 10 and 12. Support for Android 8.1.0 GMS devices is supported on devices running EloView device software version 4.60.24 and later.
