This article provides the steps to enable and use the Reset Exception Feature in EloView 4
You can create reset exceptions to preserve specific APK’s after an Enterprise Reset. When enabled, this feature retains saved or cached application data (using login credentials), even after performing an Enterprise Reset.
1. Login to your EloView account https://secure.eloview.com/
2. In the Devices section, choose a device
3. Go to the Reset Exception section on the left, then click on the Edit button in upper right
4. Move slider to the left to enable Reset Exception, then click on Add Package to add a package to the Reset Exception List.
5. Type in the Name of the package, then choose Save
6. The package is now added to the list, please click on Apply to save changes
