This article explains how to increase the device log storage size in EloView 4

See steps below for how to increase the device logs in EloView

1. Login to your EloView account https://secure.eloview.com/



2. In the “Devices” section, select the appropriate device from the Device List 



3. On the “Software” page, click the Edit button to open the drop down menu under Log Storage



4. From here you can increase the log size from 144MB up to 2GB. Once you select has been made, click Apply



5. You will now see the Log Storage Size has changed to the size selected.
