This article explains how to view a screenshot in EloView 4
A Device Screenshot is a near-real time screenshot for any managed device.
Please follow the steps below to view device screenshots in EloView:
1. Login to your EloView account https://secure.eloview.com/
2. In the “Devices” section, select the appropriate device from the Device List
3. On the device “Info" section, scroll down to the Activity area to view a current screenshot of the device.
4. For a high quality HD Enabled screenshot, click on the Edit button, scroll down to the Now Playing section and move the slider to enable High Quality Screenshot, then click on the Apply button to save changes.
5. A high quality HD enabled active screenshot will now be showing.
6. The high quality screeshot is active and you can control the EloView device through the screenshot.
- Example: Clicking on the pause button in the below screenshot will pause activity on the EloView device.
