Why am I getting Invalid Device Control Panel Password EloView 4 (EV4)?

This article explains why 1elo might not be working for the control panel password

When a device is registered to an EloView account, the control panel password is changed from the default “1elo.” to a random password for security purposes. This password can be both seen and updated within the EloView portal by finding the device and accessing it's Settings page.
