This article explains how to create a filter profile in EloView 4
Below steps describe how to create a filter profile in EloView.
1. Login to your EloView account https://secure.eloview.com/
2. From the Devices tab, hover over the for Filter Help, the following dialogue box will appear
Use semicolon (":") for separating key & value pairs.paranthesis(\"(Value]\") for 'IN' or 'NOT IN.' Use "AND," "OR," "IN," "NOT IN" for multiple key-value concatenation. Wrap value within ' or \" after colon for suggestion list of values. EQL query example: status:\"online\" AND orientation:\"landscape\" OR contentstatus :\"Success\" AND name in (\"k143\") OR sitename not in (\"vienna\")
3. Click on the Search icon in the upper left
4. Click on the drop down arrow in the Filters area to pull up a list of predefined filters.
5. Select the desired filter(s). In the below example, status:"offline" has been chosen. After selecting it, you will notice in the Device area, results are given. Click on the Results and it will open the Device page only showing devices that have been filtered with an "offline" status.
6. To save the filter, click on the Save Filter icon in the upper right, type in the filter name, then select Save.
7. The filter can now be selected from the Filter area on the main page of your EloView dashboard.
