This article explains how to invite a new user to an EloView 4 account
Below describes how to invite a User to your EloView account.
1. Login to your EloView account
2. Click on the drop-down arrow in the upper right section and then choose Account
3. Click on the Add User button
4. Enter the user's First Name, Last Name, Email address, and select their Permission setting.
- Additionally you can select or remove other permissions by placing or removing a tick mark in any of the available Permissions settings. These can also be selected after the user accepts the invite.
- Select Apply when finished.
5. You will receive a message stating, "User created successfully, an email invite has been sent."
6. The invited user will receive an email with their Username and a temporary password.
7. After the User clicks on the login link in the email, they will be directed to the EloView Sign In page where they will need to enter the temporary password.
8. After entering the temporary password and logging in, they will be required to change the password.
10. Once password has been successfully changed, they will then need to login to the account using their Username and the new password they just created.
11. Once logged in, the New User will appear in the Users section in the Account
