This article explains why the gear icon might be missing in group settings in EloView 3
This article describes the issue with when trying to update software to Grouped devices in EloView, the gear icon is missing.
For the gear icon to be visible in EloView Group settings, all devices must be the same type - for example, if you have I-Series 4 Value and I-Series 4 Performance models in the same group, the gear icon will not be available as these devices cannot receive the same updates. Same if you have grouped 4.0, 3.0, and 2.0 devices together, the gear icon will not be available.
Devices of different types will need to be updated individually or outside of the grouped devices section.
