This article explains how to access the device control panel on EloView 4 devices

Below describes how to access the device control panel on EloView 4 devices.

Steps

1. On the device itself, access the Control Panel by pressing the physical Home and Power buttons at the same time. 

• Swipe on the screen from the bottom up to reveal the login screen.

2. Enter the Control Panel password - default is "1elo" (no quotes)

• Note: for registered devices, check with your EloView Admin (or the EloView web portal) for the current Control Panel password. By default, you are taken directly to the “Home” tab

3. Click on the three hash marks in the upper right corner to access the Admin login option.



4. Click on the Admin section



5. Enter the Admin password. The default Admin password is "1elo" (without the quotes).

• If the Admin password has been changed you will need to contact your EloView Admin for access.

6. Click on Settings to access Admin settings

• Chose the WiFi icon to adjust WiFi settings
• Choose the Bluetooth icon to adjust Bluetooth settins

7. Choose the desired Settings option

• Elo Settings
• Diagnostics
