Please read our Assisted Migration Planning Knowledge Article to help you prepare for migration.
The process will include:
- Updating devices to the latest EloView 4-compatible OTA
- Reviewing the EV4 Network Whitelisting and making necessary changes
- Determining if your EV3 content has any portal side dependencies
- Determining if you use the built-in Teamviewer solution for remote control
- Reviewing the above in any sub-accounts (if used)
- Contacting EloView Support at support@eloview.com to begin the migration discussion
- Our team will review your EV3 account and provide additional guidance as well setting a possible timeline for migration
