This article explains the EloView 4 Dashboard

The EloView Dashboard offers some visible insights into your devices and their performance. Please follow the steps below to learn more:

1. Login to your EloView account https://secure.eloview.com/

2. Click on the Dashboard tab in the lower left hand column.



3. In the Dashboard area you can view the following key metrics

• Device control modes: Connect, Control, Core

• Content Deployment Status: Failed, Success, Pending

• Users: Number of registered users listed here

• Recent Devices: Devices recently added; 7, 30, and 45 day increments

• Available Licenses: Number of licenses in account sorted by control mode

• Battery Health: Current status of battery in Elo devices with batteries (currently the M50 and M60 Handheld devices).

• Device Status: Current Online/Offline state of registered devices.

4. You can also click on the Activity Logs button in the upper right corner to view all activities
