This article explains how to install the Elo Optimize Thermal Design Power (TDP) Tool on Elo All-in-One (AIO) systems that are shipped without an operating system (No OS).

The Elo Optimize TDP Tool dynamically adjusts the processor's maximum power (TDP) based on the system's internal temperature. This helps optimize system performance while maintaining proper thermal management.
After installation, the utility runs automatically in the background and requires no user interaction.

Elo recommends installing the Optimize TDP Tool on Elo AIO systems that are shipped without an operating system. Factory-installed Elo operating system images already include this utility when applicable.

Installation Procedure
- Download and extract 10.cTdp.zip.
- Right-click AIO_cTdp_1.4_installer.exe and select Run as administrator.
- If Microsoft Defender SmartScreen displays a warning, select More info.
- Select Run anyway to continue.
Select the installation folder. The default location is:
C:\Select Next to continue.
- Select Next.
- Select Install to begin the installation.
- When the installation completes, select Finish to restart the computer.
- After Windows restarts, the Optimize TDP Tool will automatically begin monitoring the system and dynamically adjusting CPU power based on the system's internal temperature.
No additional configuration or user interaction is required.
💡 Tip
The Optimize TDP Tool runs automatically in the background each time Windows starts. Once installed, there is no need to manually launch or configure the application.

Do not uninstall or disable the Optimize TDP Tool unless directed by Elo Technical Support. Doing so may impact system thermal management and overall performance.
