The Elo Touch Analyzing Tool can be installed on Windows 7, Windows 10, and Windows 11 systems with or without an Elo touch driver installed. It records touch events in the background so they can be reviewed later by Elo Technical Support.

Requirements
- Windows 7, Windows 10, or Windows 11
- Administrator privileges to install software
- EloLogAnalyzer installation package

Install the Elo Touch Analyzing Tool
- Extract the downloaded ZIP file.
- Run either install_silent.bat or EloTouchMon.msi.
- Click Next.
- Accept the license agreement and click Next.
- Accept the default installation folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\EloTouchMon\) and click Next.
- Click Install.
- When installation is complete, click Finish.
Capture Touch Events
- Leave the Elo Touch Analyzing Tool running until the touch issue occurs.
- The utility automatically starts each time Windows boots, so it can remain running for several days if necessary.
- After reproducing the issue, open the Windows Start Menu and launch Elo Touch Analyzer to replay the recorded touch events on the same system.
Collect the Log Files

Copy the log files from:
C:\ProgramData\EloTouchMon\Log\
- Attach the log files to your support case or email them to Support@elotouch.com.

All Elo Touch Analyzer log files are automatically removed when the utility is uninstalled. Be sure to copy the log files before uninstalling the software.

- Leave the utility running until the issue occurs so the touch events are captured.
- Verify the log files exist in C:\ProgramData\EloTouchMon\Log\ before uninstalling the software.
- If the issue cannot be reproduced immediately, leave the utility running for several days. It is designed to start automatically whenever Windows starts.
- Include a description of the problem and the approximate time the issue occurred when sending the log files to Elo Technical Support.
