Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Gather serial numbers
   Collect the serial numbers for all devices you wish to add.

2. Power on and connect
   Ensure each device is turned on and connected to the internet.

3. Add devices in the portal

   • Log in to EloView 4 and open Devices.

   • Add each device and assign a name that matches your site/location conventions.

4. Find your OrgID

   • Sign in at https://secure.eloview.com.

   • Click your profile arrow (top right) → Account.

   • Click the settings cog and scroll to the bottom.

   • Your OrgID appears in the bottom-right corner.

5. Email Support to complete redirection
   Send an email to support@elotouch.com with the subject “EloView 4 Devices” containing:

   • Your OrgID

   • The list of device serial numbers

   • A brief note requesting assistance adding the devices to your account

6. Confirmation & verification
   A Support team member will notify you when redirection is complete.

   • Return to Devices in EloView 4 and confirm the devices appear online.
