This article explains how to add devices to my new EloView 4 account
Existing Elo Android devices must be updated and then redirected to the new EloView 4 servers to ensure proper communication between the portal the devices. This is a simple process and can be completed quickly.
- Gather the serial numbers of all devices you wish to add to EloView
- Ensure all devices are turned on and connected to the internet (this must occur for the devices to be updated and re-configured for your account).
- While logged into your EloView 4 account, go to the Devices page and add the devices to your account and name them appropriately.
- Gather your OrgID from your EloView 4 account. This can be located after logging into your account (secure.eloview.com) and then clicking the arrow down in the top right and choosing Account. Next, click the settings cog and scroll to the bottom of the page. The OrgID is located in the bottom right of the page.
- Send an email with the subject "EloView 4 Devices" to support@elotouch.com and include the list of serial numbers along with your OrgID requesting assistance with adding the devices to your account.
- An EloView Support team member will notify you when complete and you can verify the devices have come online in your EloView 4 account.
