This article explains how to disable the microphone on a device in EloView 3

Please follow the instructions below to disable the microphone on an Elo device that is enrolled in and EloView 3 account (not Android Home mode). If you are using the device in Android Home mode, please see the article: Disable Device Microphone in Android Home Mode.

How to Disable Device Microphone in EloView 3 Account

1. Log in to your EloView account: https://manage.eloview.com

2. Select the device on which you want to disable the microphone.

3. Navigate to the Settings tab.

4. Click the Edit button.

5. Scroll down to the Microphone section and slide the toggle to the left to disable the microphone.



6. Click the Apply button to save your changes.
